I wasn't sure if I really would, but I did it.
I've started making spinach shakes-yup crazy I know. The truth is you really can disguise the flavor and it tastes like the fruit you put in. However, it takes a strong stomach to overcome the look of it (and that's saying something because I LOVE the color green).
Give it a try, there's plenty of recipes online and spinach is SO healthy for you.
you totally inspired me! I just finished drinking my spinach smoothie for breakfast and.......it was delicious! Plus I feel awesome about myself for having veggies for breakfast:)
