Day 24: Where

Where we first met, or a first date. Ok you asked for it:

Once upon a time two best friends lived together...

at a service project one girl met a boy.

Shane happens to be standing about where Carlie is with the camera

One friend helped the other create ways to talk to this boy

There was a camping trip to Pittsburg Lake

where this girl used whatever charm she could to get this boys attention.

He didn't know her from Adam, but enjoyed her company,

and found a way to ask her out...

Day 22: Portrait, Emma in a Nutshell

Yes those are my socks.

Day 21: Hands

Todays activities included getting plants for our garden! I just love going to the nursery and walking around looking at the trees, flowers, bushes, and other plant things. It's one of my favorite date nights.

Peas, tomatos, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, zucchini, cantaloupe , bell peppers, cherry tomatos and lots of strawberries!

Day 19: When They are Gone

Emma really is a two parent kind of girl, she grows anxious and upset when either Shane or myself are gone too long.

Day 18: Going Out

Hehehe, this one is of family-some of my in-laws going out on a grown-up only vacation during my wedding weekend.

Day 17: Staying In

Ok I'm falling behind. I feel like some of the challenges are very similar and I don't care to do two that are the same. However, I have a picture that goes well with Emma enjoying activities while staying in the house.

Day 14: Jewelry

I missed a few days, sorry.

Happy Valentine's Day everybody. Shane has been beyond kind to bring me lots and LOTS of flowers! We planted bulbs (gladiolus) around our new tree in the front yard and perennials to add color until the bulbs bloom-happy Valentine's Day to me!! Here's a picture or two just because:

Day 10: Where She is Comfortable

Emma's favorite space is outside running and moving unrestricted as much as possible.

This is a fun one.

Emma likes to share,

and on occasion allows us to take naps-one of the greatest gifts.

Day 6&7: Who Emma Loves

Well besides the obvious family members Emma loves nap time with Eeyore and her Binky.

Day 5: What I love to hate

Today's challenge: things Emma does that drive me nuts but I couldn't live without-hence love to hate.

This is Emma in a box.

She loves to play in the recycle pile. In fact she loves it so much I never have to buy her toys.

However, our recycle man only comes twice a month causing boxes, jugs, and paper to scatter throughout my house-EVERYWHERE-everyday.
