Emma-ism: Disney Bloopers

Shane has a co-worker named Bambi. She's a respectable person probably in her 40's, married with 2 kids. She lives on farmland that neighbors her elderly mother. This is not the picture her name might paint for many of us. In fact, it's not what my daughter pictured either.

While there on her farm to ride horses and feed cows, Emma kept asking "Where's Bambi?" I kept trying to explain that Bambi was getting the horse ready, or Bambi is collecting eggs right now, or Bambi is talking to Daddy etc. It seems I didn't do a great job explaining because it became readily apparent that Emma thought the horse was named Bambi.

In her mind Bambi is a deer, and when we didn't see any, the horse had to be Bambi. Why would a human have such a name?!
